We are looking for a Financial Services and Renewal Representative to process renewal and initial orders in a timely manner to support Sales strategies and renewal efforts. This position is responsible for maintaining and auditing customer accounts to ensure accurate billing information, daily reporting and acting as a backup in this area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and process renewal and initial invoices
- Maintain customer accounts to ensure accurate billing information
- Maintain price lists
- Process and distribute reports on the status of renewal efforts
- Audit renewal orders to insure accurate pricing and compliance with company policies
- Work closely with the Renewal/Pricing Coordinator and Pricing department to process and create all of NewsBank renewals
- Work closely with Sales Management to coordinating and process of renewals, consistent with renewal save strategies as recommended.
- Backup daily reporting for upper management
- Backup daily closing and balancing of all companies
- Backup other functions of the Financial Services team as required
- Perform other duties as may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma and minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar position that demonstrates:

This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and training on all BI solutions to enable data-driven decision making within the corporation. Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with Office 365 products, including but not limited to Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Beneficial to have experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
- Background in Descriptive/ Diagnostic/ Predictive and Perspective Analytics is highly desirable.
- Investigative nature to review databases and extract an array of information in response to questions.
- Ability to ask questions, communicate data findings clearly and share thoughts and opinions.

We are in search of a QA/QC Developer/Analyst to join our dynamic QA/QC team. You'll play an instrumental role in maintaining our reputation for producing high-quality research, educational, and consumer information products for our worldwide audience. In this role, you'll create and revise test plans, develop and maintain test code, and carry out rigorous testing to catch and eliminate defects across a wide array of web based applications.
Qualifications:
- B.S. or higher in computer science/technology field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years professional experience performing quality analysis integrated with the software development lifecycle.
- Highly detail oriented self-learner with proven track record of creating & maintaining automated quality control/assurance processes and systems.
Working knowledge of toolsets such as:
- Selenium WebDriver, Ruby, Katalon, Github Pipelines
- Source Control systems Git & Subversion
- Work Request systems such as Jira
Conceptual knowledge of the following:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated tests in support of software test requirements.
- Execute tests scripts in tandem with development efforts within a given sprint during the development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing as needed for both web and internal applications.
- Document defects and collaborate with the development team on managing test results and feedback to developers.
- Contribute to regression and automated testing libraries to improve quality of deliverables and reuse of testing tools.
